Our Story: Grounded in Culture, Driven by Care

At Tjinatjarra, our way of delivering NDIS services is grounded in deep respect, strong community connection, and a genuine commitment to those we walk alongside. We proudly offer tailored, holistic support to individuals and families across Mparntwe (Alice Springs) and surrounding regions. With a blend of local knowledge and compassionate care, we co-create personalised plans that reflect each person’s goals and needs. From advocacy and capacity building to meaningful community engagement, we’re here to empower and uplift—offering the right support, at the right time, in the right way.
At the heart of our approach is a deep respect for the diverse communities and identities of the people we support. We understand that each person’s experiences and needs are shaped by many factors—including their connection to community, personal beliefs, past trauma, lack of support, limited financial resources, and trust in services. We acknowledge these layers and provide support that is not only person-centred but also grounded in a strong awareness of community values and individual identity. Our team is trained to deliver services that are respectful, inclusive, and responsive to the unique strengths and challenges each person brings with them.
